[tweetmeme]

So, it was always going to be a risk.  Anyone who knows me will tell you I can be impetuous at times.  Attending the London Tweet Up was a risk too far.

I’ve paid the price.

Signing out now.  Thank you (it’s been a blast)  I’m sorry and Goodbye…..

PS. And whoever it was, I hope you rot in hell with me….

UPDATE: HAPPY ALL FOOLS’ DAY EVERYONE……STILL LOVE ME?

    I’m only just short of devastated. I only came across your blog recently and it’s been an absolute breath of fresh air in my life. BTW: I live in “Kray’s manor” … if you need me to send some boys round to sort anyone out, just give me the nod!

    I hope this is an April Fool’s joke. If not, paddle on over here to California!

    I can only say this is a significant loss. As if the HR community wasn’t short enough on bloggers like you bringing a different, honest and refreshing perspective to life in HR, we are now one less. Yes, i can entirely understand that some people might find your comments and style offensive from time to time. But its perspective. And the HR profession is too starved of it -one look across other functions will show you that. And also that there are many like you thriving elsewhere. It just seems too much for HR to stomach.

    But whilst you might not be everyone’s cup of tea, there really is no excuse for outing you. None. If, as an HR professional or a journalist you don’t like the content of this blog, then feel free to say so – on here, in comments – but don’t turn it into a red top headline or behave like some informant.

    Im just really sorry that this came about as a result of you coming along to the #ConnectingHR event. And I REALLY hope it doesnt stop you from coming along in the future.

    All the best
    @garelaos
